Senior Software Support Representative This position is responsible for high-level support to end users of our software, diagnosing and researching problems, and providing guidelines and technical solutions. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in supporting sophisticated software applications, should be familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications and have some working knowledge of SQL. Software Support Representatives This position is responsible for supporting end users of our software, diagnosing and researching problems, and providing guidelines and technical solutions. Candidates should have at least 1 years of experience in supporting sophisticated software applications, should be familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications and have some working knowledge of SQL. Documentation Specialist This position is responsible for producing end-user documentation of ExLogica software products, including printed manuals, context-sensitive help, and on-line web-based help. Candidates should have at least 2 years of technical writing experience and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Robohelp, and HTML authoring tools. Training and Implementation Specialists This position is responsible for end-user training of ExLogica software in a classroom environment and via web conferencing. Our training sessions include a good deal of implementation decisions regarding the configuration of our software to the operation of schools and school districts. Knowledge of K-12 administration and particularly scheduling is important. Candidates must have experience in training software in small, focused classrooms settings of 12-15 people and be able to travel at least half time. |
